1 -2 c. orzo noodles
8 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium sized chopped onion
2 tbsp. tomato paste (1/2 c. water)
4 tbsp. beef stock base or oxo cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions, celery & margarine in large pot for approx 5 minutes or at least until butter is melted on medium heat. Add all the remaining ingredients except the tomato paste. Mix the tomato paste with 1/2 cup of warm water in a separate bowl to get the paste into liquid form then add to pot. Let sit on medium to low heat for approx 1/2-1 hour until noodles are done.
