2/3 c. maple syrup
3 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and spread over roast. Add assorted vegetables. Put in oven 155-160 C (315 F) or 1-1 1/2 hours.
