Pork slices or tenderloin, sliced
1 T. lemon pepper
2 T. margarine
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork slices with lemon pepper. Melt margarine and cook chops for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove to plate. To the pan juices, add the lemon, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Pour over pork and sprinkle with parsely if desired. Serve immediately.
Note: The sauce can be doubled to pour over rice or noodles.
