3/4 stick of butter
6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 170 C. Melt butter in 9x13 pan until it sizzles. Mix well with beater remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pan with butter and bake for 20 minutes or until puffy and slightly brown. Serve with strawberry jam or maple syrup.
