1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. onion, chopped
10 oz. bag tortilla chips
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. black olives, chopped
Garnishes: salsa, sour cream, quacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onions, and seasonings; then drain. In an ungreased 2 qt. casserole dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, seasoned beef, and cheese. Add tomato and olives. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 375˚ F for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
