Ingredients:  
1/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to Crisco mixture alternating with milk. Pour into two 9 inch pie plates or one 9x13 pan.
Topping: Cut together into crumbs 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter (and 1 tsp. cinnamon, optional). Put crumbs on top of batter. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
