3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 T. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Cream Filling:
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the dry ingredients. Then add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Gradually add the water until well-blended. Line cupcake pans with cupcake papers. Fill half full with batter then top with 1 heaping tsp. of the cream filling.
Cream filling: Combine 1-8 oz. package cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1/3 c. sugar until smooth. Add 1 c. chocolate chips. Bake cupcakes on bottom rack of oven at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes.
