6 medium carrots (or 1 lb. frozen carrots)
2 T. Margarine
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, pare and cut carrots into long, thin strips. Cook in boiling salted water until almost tender; drain the carrots and add seasonings. Cover the pan and cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
