1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
1- 14oz. Eagle Brand Choc. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
6 English Toffee candy bars, cut into pieces
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. (watch-may not take that long) 350 degrees for aluminum pan and 325 degrees for glass.

In med. bowl; combine milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix well. Spread evenly over crust. Top with toffee pieces and nuts. Bake 20 to 25 min. longer or until top is bubbly.

Cool completely. Cut and store in refrigerator.
