Ingredients:  
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream

Topping:
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Ritz (or Tuc) crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and put in a greased 2 quart casserole. Mix melted butter and crackers, put on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350˚ F for 45 minutes. Serves 6
