1 package (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 c. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 1/2 tsp. orange extract

Coating:
1 c. milk chocolate chips
2 T. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Place in bowl chocolate chips. Boil in pan, whipping cream and orange peel. As soon as it boils, pour over chocolate chips. Let stand, then mix. Add orange extract. Cover and chill for 35 minutes. Beat for 10-15 seconds. Form into 1 balls and place on waxed paper. Chill for 5 minutes.
Melt coating mixture. Dip balls into chocolate coating or roll in chopped nuts. Place on waxed paper. Store in refrigerator. Makes 6 dozen.
