2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. each chopped almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil in pan, sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook and stir over medium low heat until candy thermometer reads 238F. Stir in nuts and butter. Cook over medium heat to 300F. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Quickly pour onto two greased cookie sheets, spreading as thin as possible with a metal spatula. Cool. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
