2 lb. carrots
1/2 cup butter, divided
6 oz. velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Melt 1/4 cup butter, cheese and dill.
Pour over carrots.
Mix crushed crackers with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
