1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 to 3 T. finely chopped cilantro
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:

Finely chop 3-4 chipotle peppers. In small bowl, combine chopped peppers, 3-4 T. of adobo sauce, cilantro, and melted butter. Pour over meat while butter is still melted, just before serving.

This is one of Scott's favorites. It's very spicy, but delicious. I typically serve this over boneless pork chops, but it would also be good over chicken or thinly sliced steak.
