Dough:
1 c. white wine
1/2 c. oil (both heated)
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Filling:
1 onion, chopped in 1 T. oil
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 can tuna, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Mix dough ingredients well. Knead. Divide into 20-24 balls. Spread into 4" circles. Saute onion in oil. Add tomato sauce, tuna and egg. Add 1 T. filling to each dough circle. Fold & close up. Brush with egg white. Bake at 425° F for 20-30 minutes.
