Ingredients:

2 T. olive oil; add as needed
red pepper, cut in strips
small chicken pieces (10 minutes cooking time)
squid or calamari, cut in pieces, (5 minutes cooking time)
frozen Italian style flat green beans
2 c. uncooked small-grained rice, (5 minutes cooking time)
3 1/2 c. water
2 bouillon cubes (fish or chicken)
1 tsp. paella seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Saute red pepper strips in olive oil, remove. Fry small pieces of chicken for 10 minutes. Add pieces of squid or calamari and cook 5 minutes. Add forzen Italian style flat green beans (or frozen paella vegetables- Mercadona) and cook 5 minutes. Add 2 cups uncooked small-grained rice and saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Arrange chicken pieces and red pepper strips in paella pan. Lower heat and cook covered for 20-30 minutes until rice is cooked. Serves 6
