2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4c bread crumbs
1/2c grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten
4T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place each breast on wax paper.
Flatten to 1/4" thick using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Season w/ salt & pepper.
Combine bread crumbs & cheese.
Dip chicken in egg & coat well w/ bread crumb mixture.
Saute in butter 4 minutes on each side until tender and cooked through.
