4 c. apples --- peeled and cored
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the apples and mash the pulp into sauce.
2. You can add sugar, but no spices. Spices lose their flavor with freezing. They can be added after you thaw it.
3. Cool the sauce in a shallow pan in the refrigerator.
4. When completely cool, pack the sauce in reigid freezer containers, leaving 1 inch of headspace and freeze.
5. Can be stored for a year.
