1/4 Cup of butter
4 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa
6 Tbsp. of milk or cream
1 Tsp of vanilla
3 Cups of sifted conf. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together butter, unsweetened cocoa and milk.
Take off heat and stir in vanilla and conf. sugar. Beat well and spread on cooled cake
