Ingredients:  
1 lb shrimp
1/3 c onion
1/3 c green pepper
1/3 cup celery
1/2 tsp garlic
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp flour
1 c half and half
pinch of cayenne pepper
grits or may use fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp, onion, green pepper, celery, garlic in butter. Add Old Bay seasoning and Worcestershire Sauce and flour. Add half and half until creamy. May add cayenne pepper.
Serve over grits or fettuccine.
