4 cloves Garlic
3/4 tsp Salt
3 T Olive Oil
2 Poblano or Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
1 med Onion, chopped
2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
2 T southwest type seasonings
30 oz white Great Northern or Kidney Beans, drained
16 oz Salsa Verde

Directions:
Directions:
Press the garlic into a glass dish. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 2 T oil to the dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. In a microwavable baking dish, combine the chicken, seasoning, 1 T oil, and 1/2 tsp salt. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir mixture to separate chicken. Cover and microwave for another 5 minutes. Mix the garlic with the salsa and beans. And beans mixture to chicken mixture. Cover and microwave for 6 minutes.
