4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c half and half
2 c sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 lb crabmeat
2 tbsp onion flakes
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp sweet basil
1 tbsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add flour and milk. Stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Fold in cheese and seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thick and smooth. Add crabmeat. Return to heat and heat through and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with slice garlic toast
