1 clove garlic
1 med. onion finely chopped
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 c dry white wine
2 c chicken broth
2-5oz c baby clams, reserve liquid
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb linguine noodles
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1L.. saucepan, saute garlic and onion in oil until soft, Do not brown. Add wine, chicken broth,and clam liquid. Add pepper, tabasco, and oregano. Simmer for 15 min. Add cream cheese: stir into sauce until well blended, Add clams and if desired other seafood. Cook linguine. Drain well and add to sauce. Let pasta rest in sauce for 5 min. to absorb flavors. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
