1/2 c Soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
3 green onions
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground ginger or use fresh
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown wings in 400 oven for 20 min. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch together then add liquids and rest of ingredients. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens (bring to boil)
Add wings and simmer x 30 min.
Serve with rice
