2 cans canned chicken drained, rinsed, blotted dry
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 T. diced green pepper & 2 T diced red pepper (or one whole diced pepper)
1 can chopped green chiles, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayo
8 oz. sour cream
1 package taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, cheese, peppers, chiles, kidney beans, and onion. In a separate bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Combine both. Refrigerate. Enjoy!

This dip has a nice kick. I eliminate the onions from my recipe, and no one complains. It is a bit firm after refrigerated, so I serve this with a sturdy pita chip.
