Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages beef "lil' smokies"
1 package thin cut bacon
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap bacon section around each "lil' smokie"; fasten with toothpick. Place these in rectangular casserole dish. Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisped to your preference.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes the bacon will not crisp adequately in a casserole dish. An easy trick is to place the bacon on a cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath. The cookie sheet will collect the grease.

This will be the absolute favorite at your next party. The smell alone will draw everyone in! You can never have too much of this, so you could double the recipe to serve a large group. This is always the first item devoured at our parties.

A big thanks to my friend Thelma Tarver for this delicious recipe!!!
