1pkg asparagus 1 pkg jiffy corn meal 2 c vegetable oil 2 c milk 1 egg 2 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bottoms of asparagus and save for asparagus soup later. Whisk milk and egg together and put shallow pan the put corn meal and black pepper season salt in cookie tray. Dip in milk and egg mixture and roll in corn meal dip again and roll then fry to golden brown. Serve alone or with honey mustard sauce
