1pkg ground pork beef or chicken 2 tbsp garlic 1/2 c matchstick carrots 1 egg 1 pkg spring roll wrapper 2tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp black pepper 3 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground pork garlic carrots garlic powder black pepper in a bowl then roll on to spring roll 1 tsp on the edge then roll and seal with egg fry 3 mins on both side to get a golden brown. Serve with Mayploy spicy sauce Cut them up cooking sciccors and serve appetizer size
