1 pkgs. Ritz crackers (add more if needed)
4 eggs (add more if needed)
1 lemon
Walleye or Perch Filets

Directions:
Directions:
Heat electric skillet, (but necessary can use a frying pan) to 350 to 400 degrees.
Crush ritz crackers. Coat fish with egg and then with ritz crackers. Squeeze lemon in frying pan while fish is cooking.
