1 qt straberries stemmed and sliced in half
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 3oz pkg of strawberry jello
1 baked 9" pie crust or 1 sugar cooky pie shell
1 small cool whip or heavy cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add 3/4 cup of water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Mix 1/4 cup water and cornstarch until smooth and add to boiling water. Mix until thickened and remove from heat.
2. Add jello and dissolve. Let cool .
3. Place strawberries in crust and pour cooled mixture over. Place in frig until set. Cover with cool whip or rel whip cream.

Sugar cooky pie shell:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Mixx flour and sugar well. Cut butter in cubes and mix with a fork until resembles coarse crumbs. Pat in a 9" pie pan on bottom and sides. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.Let cool before adding filling.
