Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil (plus any other seasons you have on hand, oregano and thyme, etc...) oh and you can sub in fresh if you have them *cough* Bethanie* aka. the medicine woman
1 egg

Spaghetti Sauce
Cooked pasta
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and basil.
In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip chicken into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
Prep a dish in the oven to melt the butter and olive oil then place the chicken in the pan and into the oven. Cook at 375 for roughly 30 min.
Flip the chicken half way through so it will be crispy on both sides. (the recipe says to cook it in a skillet but I baked it and I think it was better)
Serve on a bed of sauce and pasta. Enjoy!
