4 c. fresh unpeeled rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar granulated
4 level T. flour
1 1/2 T. butter
2 pie crusts (made & uncooked)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
325 - oven 45-50 min,.
Cut rhubarb if young; do not peel. Put onto pie crust, unbaked, add flour and sugar mixed, salt and dot butter on top. Cover with crust and bake.
