1/2 c. shortening, 1 T. butter, 1/2 teas. salt, 1/3 c. ice water, 1 1/2 C. sifted flour (all purpose)

Directions:
Directions:
Work shortening into flour with finger tips. Add cold water a T. at time. Cut & chop dough with two silver table knives or (dough kneader). Handle as little as possible, the less water used the better, the dough. Place dough on lightly floured board, roll and shape with rolling pin. Bake 400 oven for 5 min.
