6 c water
6 beef cubes or oxo
28 oz tomatoes crushed
10 oz tomato soup
2 c carrots
2 c potatoes
1/1/2 c onion
1 c celery
1/2 c pot barley
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
1/4 tsp thyme
3 c cooked roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except roast beef. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add beef and simmer 1/2 hour more.
