Ĺ cup rice
6 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla.
Sugar & cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in 6 cups milk (in double boiler). Cook with lid on (bring water in double boiler to a boil and reduce to low) until soft (about 1 hour).

In a large bowl beat together the eggs sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in rice and put in a casserole dish.

Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.

Put casserole in a larger pan w/ hot water in it (about an inch). Bake 350 degrees until set (about 1 hr. plus)
