1 D'Anjou pear (perfectly ripened) pealed and cubed,1 Avocado (perfectly ripened) pealed and cubed,, 2 cups of crisp organic Romaine lettuce or equivalent, 1/2 cup grated carrot.

Directions:
Directions:
On two salad plates arrange lettuce, top with pear and avocado followed with carrot for color. Drizzle with dressing made of 2 tbsp. Ranch dressing and 2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette.
