8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (or Monterey Jack)
1 cup onion, chopped
1 small can olives (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 -3 cups diced, cooked chicken
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all but the grated Cheddar cheese. Spread a small bit of sauce on bottom of pan. Layer with noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Also can make and freeze before cooking. Unthaw in refrigerator for a few days if taking from freezer.
