1 loaf-style or small round angel cake
1 cup whipping cream, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 large package raspberry Jello
1 cup cold water
2 packages frozen raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Break angel cake into walnut-size pieces and put in 9 x 13 pan.

Whip the cream and sweeten to taste. Set aside.

Dissolve the Jello in the hot water.

Add 1 cup cold water and the frozen raspberries.

Chill until slightly thickened. Fold together with the whipped cream. Pour over cake in pan, cover, and chill. Serve topped with a little more whipped cream, with a mint leaf or fresh raspberries for garnish.
