1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
1T Butter or Oil
1 Lb Hamburger
1 8oz pkg Noodles (cooked)
1 Small can Mushrooms
2 Cans Tomato soup (DO NOT DILUTE)
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onion, pepper, celery in oil. Add to UNCOOKED hamburger.
2. Add mushrooms and soup. Stir in cooked noodles.
3. Place in a baking dish. Cover with Cheese.
4. Bake 350 for 45 minutes 1 hour. FREEZES WELL.
