1 box Ritz Crackers
1 (28 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
1 pound chocolate coating

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate coating according to directions on package. Lightly spread peanut butter on one side of each cracker. Drop cracker into melted chocolate coating ensuring it is completely covered. Remove with a dipping fork. Shake off any excess coating on the side of the pan and place onto wax paper. Let cool. Store in air tight container.

Tip: You can prepare all of the crackers prior to melting the chocolate coating. This allows the peanut butter to set up before dipping.
