Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2lbs Stew meat, chopped into 1/2" cubes
3 large cans of Beef Stock
Quick cook Barley
1 medium onion chopped well

Directions:
Directions:
Make barley according to the package
until almost complete.
Brown meat in pot.
Add onion and beef stock and salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer.
Add Barley and continue to simmer for a short while.
Add green beans or corn for added veggies.
