1 pkg. white cake mix
2 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. Jello instant choclate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 13X9X2" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.Prepare cake mix according to package directions. pour batter into prepared pan and set aside.
In a bowl stir together ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Pour over cake batter and bake for 1 hour. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use 1 cup of milk. Fold in dessert topping and spread over cooled cake. Cover and chill for 2-24 hrs.
