3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup cream (whipping)
3 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 cup flour

Melted butter or margarine
1/2 -3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp (or so) of cinnamon

Mix and roll out on a 12 x 15 " cookie sheet .Brush with melted butter/margarine. Sprinkle sugar /cinnamon over top. Bake at 350º until brown -- do not over bake!

This is Grandma Borschneck's recipe that was made with good rich fresh cream. Still enjoyed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
