1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon beef-flavored bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Mix all together, can store up to six months in a dry, dark, cool, place.

I use this for marinades and mix a couple of tablespoons with olive oil and vinegar and a squeeze of lemon for chicken and fish. It makes a great salad dressing, and a pinch of salt and toss with lettuce, red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives and serve with roasted chicken. It's delicious.
