1 large whole chicken
3 Tbsp. Memphis Rub or dry barbecue rub
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Rub some of the rub inside the chicken after cleaning the inside
Preheat the grill
Pour out one inch of the beer
Put the beer can in the bottom open cavity of the chicken
Place on the grill and put the legs out in a tripod position
Cover the grill and cook for about 2 hours
When ready, use tongs to lift the chicken off the beer can
