Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger
1 15oz can refried beans
1 small onion
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. When hamburger is brown, add refried beans, heat until well mixed. Place hamburger and refried beans in a tortilla add shredded cheese, roll up. I wrap them individually in plastic wrap and place in plastic bags. They keep well in the freezer and you can take as many out as you like and heat up in the microwave. It usually takes about 1 minute to heat 1 burrito up.

Enchilladas:
Remove plastic wrap, place burritos in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with taco sauce. I like the one in the jar the best. Sprinkle cheese on top (yet I like lots of cheese) and bake at 350 until warm, about 30 to 40 minutes.
