1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 TBSP mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.

Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup mixture.

Shape into 6 patties.

Brown patties in skillet. Drain drippings from pan. Combine soup mixture with water and pour over patties.

Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
