8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Enough sliced pepperoni to cover surface about 1/4 cup
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup black olives (or green if you prefer)
1/2 cup chopped green or red or mixed bell peppers
2 cups italian shredded cheese
1 pkg dry italian dressing mix
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add 1/2 pkg of italian mix and garlic.
2. Spread mixture into a dish making a 8" circle. Spread pizza sauce on to of cream cheese.. Next add pepperoni of lapping pieces.
3. Sprinkle peppers, onions and olives, then drizzle a little bit of pizza sauce on top.
4. Finally top and spread evenly with cheese.
5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
6. For garnish you can use fresh parsley, olives and cherry tomatoes.
7. Serve with crackers of any kind.
