1 14 oz. package vermicelli
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat, cooked, rinsed and marinated in 1/2 to 1 cup lemon juice (optional)

Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Drain and add remaining ingredients and serve cold.
