1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Juice of one lemon
Cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the celery and onion. Add lemon juice. Add cayenne pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Mash shrimp and add them to the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Serve with crackers or chips of your choice.
